The only glides recommended by flooring manufacturers and installers. Safeglides provide maximum protection against marring, scratching, or denting wood, cushioned vinyl, tile and marble. The wood felt and plastic are skillfully and permanently bonded. They won't rust or corrode like metal glides. They're quiet and glide easily and safely across smooth, clean surfaces. All glides are heavy duty.
Safeglides protect beautiful floors by virtually eliminating scratching. The wool felt glides provide an excellent buffer to keep furniture moving across the floor as easily as possible. The wool felt protectors keep wood, vinyl, tile, stone, terrazzo, and marble flooring looking great longer. The glides are designed for contemporary and antique furniture as well as wicker and rattan.

Safeglides® Tap-In
Felt, plastic and steel are permanently combined to give you our most popular glide for wooden furniture. No need for drilling or gluing. Install easily with the tap of a hammer into end grain. The very thin tubular rivet holds fast and prevents the furniture leg from splitting.
Long Wearing
Safeglides felt flooring protectors are made with a patented, nickel-plated rivet. The wool felt pad is renowned for its long wearing ability.

Snapglides™
Snapglides™ install in a snap to fit the common 1-1/4" swivel glides, nickel- plated base glides or similar glides. They also may be used as cups for small metal or porcelain roller casters found on antique furniture. Felt and plastic are permanently bonded.

Stemglides™
For sled base horizontal pipe chairs. Just remove existing clips. Look for 1/4" holes and gently tap in place. May also be used in wooden cross- grain applications by drilling quarter- inch hole. Felt and plastic are permanently combined.

Complementing our line of safeglides® is our industrial- quality, self- adhesive wool felt. No dye, soft and durable. It will stick anywhere you need to cushion or protect one surface from another. Just peel off backing and apply to clean, dry surface. (This is not the polyester carpet or thin- colored acrylic craft felt.)
